We work with small specialist hotels to medium sized hotels, anything from 50 – 500 bedrooms helping out on all your back of house operations.
In essence we provide specialist support through really understanding your needs and how you want your retail offering to develop.
We do this through competitive analysis and up to date market information on all aspects of a hotels’ operation. You then decide from the recommendations made how you would like to utilise the services Route can offer. This can range from using us like your own outsourced procurement arm through to providing help in developing your food and wine offering. In some hotels we have provided valuable help by matching the food menu with the wine offering helping to develop the reputation of the hotel.
